My Brand new house!           

Ring! Ring! Ring! went my alarm.I woke up. I then remembered that we are moving to our brand new house. My mum said that we are moving to the house in the afternoon because the builder finishes at that time.

I told my sister. She was so happy because she forgot about that. My whole family got ready to go to town so we can get some new things for our new house.

We went to see our house and it looked amazing. Finally we were at our new house! First of all I checked my room because I love my room so so so so MUCH!!!!!! Guys, guess what? I was the first person to go to sleep! YAY!!!!!!!!!!

So when I woke up I saw lots and lots of lights that kind of reminded me of the beautiful stars upon the sky. Guess what it was still night time so when I woke up everyone else was asleep so what I did was I sneakily went to my parents room and slept with them because I was so scared.

After that WEIRD DAY! I watched some TV of some slime because now… it’s like a new trend! As I was watching slime videos in my head I was thinking I wish I had slime but it never happened.

My dad came inside and he brought some lights because there were no lights in the breakfast table. That was my day when I moved into a new house!

The Awesome Mud Run!

The Mud run!

“It’s almost time to get up girls" said Miss Gordon. "NO!" I said in my head. I was to tired to get up from my cozy bed in my cabin, I remembered that today was the day we were going to do the mud run. I was so excited and nervous because I was scared about getting stuck! Everyone was still sleeping happily while I was worrying about the mud run.

One minute later I got up, I was ready for the mud run. Me and Katy dashed outside waiting for everyone else. Finally all of us were ready. We had our activities and then it was the real stuff, it was time for the mud run.

All of the teachers told us to get into our old clothes and get our towels. Everybody charged over to the mud while I was to scared to go on the mud run. "WE'RE HERE!" Miss G shouted, the teachers called out our names so Me, Katy, Caroline, Ivy and Eden all ran over to the gooey mucky mud run.

We saw some people that went in that made me super nervous. I went in and it wasn't that bad! but I was still scared, After what felt like 2 hours we finally finished the deathly mud run. Everyone had to wash the sticky mud off in the ice cold river and I felt like I was trapped in an ice cube. 

The mud run was so much fun and challenging, but I don't know what I was scared about!

Meeting my cousins for the first time

                                                      

I woke up. I was trying to think that this day is going to be a awesome day but I just couldn't think of anything, but then… I remembered! My cousins are coming from Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka is the country where I am from so that's why I'm so excited.

They are my first cousins that have come to visit us in New Zealand from Sri Lanka.After I had helped my mum get everything spick and span, me and my sister played with bubbles outside.

My sister went to check if they were coming, she tried to get me excited about them coming but she was just trying to trick me! Since my sister Gayathma was joking I decided to go check so I actually knew if our cousins were really coming, but right when I poked my head around the corner I saw a white car that looked very similar to our car.

 As it got closer I knew that car was ours.I got a huge rush of excitement but I felt a little nervous too because I had never met them before in my life until today. I told my sister that they are coming with a loud voice! She did not believe me, so when she went to look if they were coming and she saw that I was right.

 We ran inside and told our mum. She told us to say hello, but we were so shy because we have never seen them before. After we got along and started to talk together, our mum said that they are going to stay with us for two weeks. I was so excited. I can't wait for the next adventure with them!
